Full Charge - Full Deposit - If cancelled within 1 days of arrival

Check in time is from 3:00pm-10:00pm MT (lobby closes after 10:00pm MT). IF IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR GOING TO ARRIVE PAST 10:00pm MT PLEASE CALL OUR FRONT DESK AT +1 (970)-249-4567. If you do not call the desk before 10:00pm MT and you do not arrive on time your first night(or only night) deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We only offer coffee in the mornings no full breakfast. Check out is at 11:00am MT unless prior arrangements have been made. Late check outs will be charged $20.00 for every hour after 12:00pm MT. Pool hours are from 9:00am-10:00pm MT. Our pool is not a community pool guest only. The hot tub is not suited for children under 10 years old, they will be asked to get out .No toys smaller than a soft ball are allowed in the pool area. Smoking in any room(standing in the door way) will result in a $250.00 charge. BECAUSE OF EMPLOYEE ALLERGIES WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CATS, SORRY. Undeclared dogs will result in a $100.00 charge. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the room. No dogs shall be left unattended when on property or in any room at any time, $250.00 fee will be charged. Any damage to room, contents of room, or missing items, including towels, pillows, ext. Will result in a charge of replacement cost + 30%. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated!
